Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This policy covers this website (supertechninja.com) and Threshold, our app for monday.com ("the app"). Super Tech Ninja, LLC is the developer of record. Contact for anything in this policy: ThresholdSupport@supertechninja.com.
This website
This site is static. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, and it sets no cookies. It is served by Netlify, whose infrastructure keeps standard operational server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run the service.
What the app does with your data
Threshold reads data from the monday.com boards you connect to your dashboard in order to compute the KPI values, charts, and threshold statuses you configure. That reading happens through monday.com's own APIs, under the permissions you grant when installing the app.
The app stores, inside monday.com's infrastructure:
- Your tile configurations (which boards, columns, filters, formulas, thresholds, and alert settings you chose).
- Check history: timestamps and the computed aggregate values of your KPIs, kept so tiles can show trends.
- If you enable scheduled alerts, OAuth tokens for your monday.com account, stored encrypted in monday.com's secure storage. These tokens let the background checker run your checks on schedule.
All of this lives on monday.com's app infrastructure (monday code) and is partitioned per account. We do not run our own servers or databases outside the monday.com platform. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything except operating the app.
Third-party services
We keep the list short on purpose:
- monday.com: the platform the app runs on. All app data storage and processing happens there.
- Netlify: hosts this website only. No app data touches it.
- Google public certificate service (www.googleapis.com): the app's background checker fetches Google's public keys to verify that scheduled-job requests genuinely come from monday.com's job scheduler. No customer data is sent in these requests.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the app revokes its access to your account. Stored configurations and check history stop being used at that point, and we delete them on request. Email ThresholdSupport@supertechninja.com to request deletion or a copy of the data the app holds for your account. The app also has a built-in export (the Export control on the widget) that gives you your tile configurations and check history directly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes to how the app handles data will also be noted in the app's marketplace listing.
