These terms cover your use of this website and of Threshold, our app for monday.com ("the app"), both provided by Super Tech Ninja, LLC. By installing or using the app you agree to them. Questions: ThresholdSupport@supertechninja.com.

The service

Threshold is a dashboard app for monday.com that aggregates KPIs across boards, evaluates the thresholds you configure, and can send monday notifications and write status or number values back to board items. It runs on and depends on the monday.com platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, free plans, and trials are offered and billed through the monday.com marketplace, under the pricing shown on the app's listing. Billing, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled by monday.com's marketplace billing per its policies. Uninstalling the app or cancelling through monday.com ends the paid subscription per those policies.

Your responsibilities

• You need a monday.com account in good standing; the app operates under the permissions you grant it there.
• You are responsible for what you configure the app to do on your boards, including which items its write-backs modify and who receives its notifications.
• Do not use the app to break the law, to violate monday.com's terms, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Timing of checks and alerts

Scheduled checks run on a cadence (every 15 minutes by default, and hourly or daily where configured). Alerts follow the check that detects a change, so they can lag the underlying event by up to one check interval. The app is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of immediate detection, and should not be relied on as the sole safeguard for critical processes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and it depends on the monday.com platform and APIs, which we do not control. We may improve or change features over time; material changes are reflected in the marketplace listing.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the app or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of the numbers, statuses, or alerts the app produces.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
